Still beading

Still in hospital and I am in the middle of everything and nothing.  Nobody knows what is decided or what to do so I am the one that suffers from it.  

But I am still beading,  holding my thumbs that I can get into the venture that I have applied for and that I will get an answer soon. 

I have decided to start up a jewelry page were I sell my jewelry and show off the things that I make for commission or gifts and maybe even just pieces that I want to share. 

Maybe some of my patterns will make it as well. 

I have a thing for crosses right now. 

This one I have just finished and since it is dark outside I took the pic inside and there will be a better one later,  maybe when I have another one done 

Hi guys!
I am still in hospital but that might change in a month because I might be going home then.

But I am keeping me busy..  Some things are gone as presents to the nurses and some are still here. Allow me to introduce..

This bracelet is done in my own technique hope stitch. It is made with rulla beads, firepolished and seed beads all in the color crystal magic Apple 

This was my first zigzag cellini. 

It has found a good home. 

This is my first attemt on hope stitch 

The crystal is 27 mm 

Aint it gorgeous?  It is still waiting for its purpose but someone said that she really wanted a brooch 

So you see,  even with redressing of the wounds every other day I still manage to play with my beads 

I almost forgot.  This was the first thing I did here in hospital this time.. 

Not to shabby if I may say so *grin*

Battle of the beadsmith -14

Not even a quarter finished on the necklace and the seed beads I am using, Crystal Capri gold 11/0 is getting less and less, I know I need to take a shoppingrace in my favorite beadstore Pärltorget as soon as I am getting some money. It is truly a treat to buy from her and I can sit for hours on end and look at beads... Drool alert big time!
But the battle piece needs to get ready so... :)

Umeå Fashion week

I am in a contest wich will end in 3 of us contenders will have a fashion show on Fashion week!!!

I really like to win since it is my big chance and I need a chance. It would be a truly family affair, my cousins would be models, I made the jewelry and my sister will do the backstage work.

Beading and the mayor pick-me-up

This is my finished BOTB piece

First the piece on it´s own, after that my great models Simon and Marie.

So how did it go? Well not good, out in the first round. I say now that I would never do something like this again but I know when it starts again next year. I guess I am a glutton for punishment...

But it is not the only beaded thing I have done.

First up a necklace that moved to The Netherlands as soon it was done

Now I will shower you with the rest :) I guess you can find it in my etsy store :) And I am donating 10% to research for asperger and the rest of the autism spectra.

Well, Back to the beading, have fun in the heat and drink alot.

So happy I am all giddy!
